few questions. how does the sunroof come off (complete thing. non slider jst tilt kind.) ideally like it off for painting.

 

also seals that are on the top and down the side of the door appear to be riveted on. .

my 205 is just about getting ready to go to the same stage as yours, just doing abit of welding around the front panel then its up on stands to do abit of welding at the sills, good work!

rear footwells where rotten so cut them out and filling them in . doing away with the stupid drain holes. entire floor will be undersealed.
