Mi16 Coils

Hi

Does anyone know what coils these are on my car and where i could get one from? As i think one has gone :/, decided to run on 3 cylinders!!

Have you swapped coils around to confirm it is definitely one of them that has failed?

 

I'd be checking the wiring personally, some of the wires going to the coils look like they are held taught where they should be relaxed and the loom looks pretty heavy and unsupported.
