Max Spring Rate With Bilstein Tarmac Inserts?

I’m just wondering what the max spring rate a standard Bilstein tarmac insert can handle?

 

I know the PTS tarmac springs are 225lb. How much of an increase on this can they handle before the set up is under damped?

 

(I know re valving is possible but am curious about them in their standard spec)
