Spotted - 205 Lacoste

Spotted on the A30 near Exeter this morning a very clean looking 205 Lacoste on a C plate. Apparently there are only 3 left. I did slow down in the hope that they would overtake so I could take a photo but they can't have been doing more that 45 mph on a dual carriage way!

 

If it was you, I want to buy it!

I remember seeing one of those years ago in a scrappy. Should've had the badge off it. It would be worth a bomb on ebay!

My very first 205 back in the early 90s was a Lacoste, with poorly fitted gti trim.

I seen one being driven too, being stripped for, and taking part in a destruction derby years ago!.. I remember the bright green carpet and I think it was left hand drive?!... I feel guilt / regret at the imaginary missed opportunity now!... 'If only I'd known' and all that!
