Gti6 Wiring Nightmare

I'm having a total nightmare.

I have no switched 12v or constant lives at the double relay after following the wiring guide

I have no idea how or where to connect them

Going through and testing between the 19 pin plug and the double relay the only wires I have found is white 3028 which goes to terminal 14 on the double relay.

2 11 8 15 should be constant live and I'm getting nothing

On the 19 pin plug what wires should I connect to power the double relay???

Hi mate I would pm dobboy, he may be able to help you, he asked me about wiring his gti6 then blew me away with what he did, a real whiz on the wiring front.

What 19 pin plug are you meaning?

 

Regarding wiring double relay, pins 2, 8, 11 + 15 are permanent 12v. Pin 14 is ignition 12v.

Thats all the info you need, you can buzz thru the wires on the other end to know whats what, Grey are normally switch live depends on the age of the loom, Some are spliced in the main body and other's further down the line

Basically I used the guide, but altered it to suit my car and what I wanted the wires to do.

Sorted guys. Now I have 4 constant and 1 switched live at the double relay and she fired up.

School boy error...............

Never connected battery + to the alternator so after that all that was missing was a ignition live.

Found this in the small round multi plug on the end if the 396 loom that I was sure everyone said was not needed as it was all alarm wires.
