Wing Indicator Removal Help.

Can someone advise how to remove the lense and the seal?

 

I imagine its a half turn and it should pop out, but I think some bumpy has glued mine as they are solid and I need them off.... Even if it means destroying them.

 

If you know it's clockwise/anti clockwise all the better.

Jack, As it happens just fitted my new ones today.

 

To remove (assume there are no differences between phases) turn (just over) 1/4 anticlockwise, once turned a quick wiggle should see them ease up. Had to take mine off a few times and even new they seem very tight.
