At got a pick of a door without the door card on? I need to see the plastic insulation sheet. It's for reference really as I going to fit new ones on my car.

Thanks Gavin

It is as simple as, fit plastic sheet with tape over the large access holes in the inner door skin. Peugeot used a number of shaped pieces 1 covering each hole.

The 205 only had a small cover over the rearmost hole, and where applicable the window winder hole if fitted with electric windows, the lower long opening is not covered.

The doorcard has a plastic backing.
