Bx 16V Clutch

Will the citroen bx16v 220mm luk clutch be ok for my gti6 conversion I'm also using a be3 box.

Its 215mm, but yes it will work as long as the be box has a push type cross-shaft/fork and arm

It's a standard 205 gti box

It'll be fine for use on a GTi-6 engine mated to the original 205 BE3 box (which are push-type clutch)

Keep an eye on your LUK clutch if you're doing trackdays and the like. I just found my 10,000 mile clutch almost falling apart!

I was advised by skip browns to use their paddle clutch along with standard pressure plate. As this prevents the clutch cables from snapping. I have also recently been informed that the best pressure plate to use is one from a citroen bx 1.9 td as these had a stronger clamping force due to the high torque producing engine.
