mikeyd 13 Posted April 5, 2014 when fitting the lower column to the rack is it necessary to cut any of the upper part off ?it seems like it is too long and fouls rhe upper joint--it is a manual lower coupling if it makes any difference Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jackherer 543 Posted April 5, 2014 A square drive 205 lower column fits. You might need to loosen the four nuts holding the upper column as it has a bit of adjustment possible of its position. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rallyeash 155 Posted April 5, 2014 Just fitted my Vts rack and exactly the same problem. I cracked off to 4 bolts and moved the column towards the driver as it's a square hole.
