Top Mount Bearings/shock Protection Kit

I'm just back from the local motor place, and they had the top mount bearings down as Febi Pt. No. 10019, they look about 3 or 4mm taller (which might just result in a part of the bearing siting further down in the big collar above the spring, anyone know if these are ok to use?

 

Secondly, they showed me the shock protection kit they had down for the 205, and it was much shorter than what i had on my old shocks.

 

I'm fitting B4's with Eibachs and group N mounts, any advice as to what protection kit should be used?
