Fitting Xsara Vts Box On 205

Hi folks,

 

I already have a VTS box fitted to my 6 engine 205. However, I need to fit my quaife and thought I might as well swap the box as the current one has syncro problems.

 

I'm replacing it with another VTS box, but what parts do I need to swap over as I recall Miles transferring one or two parts from my 205 box upon install.

 

Any advise on how to change the relevant bits would also be helpful!

I could, but then I could ask on here instead as Miles provides a service, not necessarily free advice.

Remove current box, swap whatever looks different onto new box.

From that I take it everything different is easily identifiable.

 

It seems that I need to swap over the selector arm, and clutch arm. Dropping the selector arm in to the box by mistake also seems common. Am I right that this can be recovered easily if the diff is out?
