Service Box Woes

Hello,

 

I've recently signed up to Service Box but I just can't seem to get any joy from it.

 

I can find parts that I'm looking for under the 'Replacement Parts Documentation' section but when I click on them nothing happens.

 

Am I missing something blindingly obvious here?

No, I can't even get as far as the part numbers. When I click / double click on whatever I want to look at, nothing happens.

So you don't get as far as the new window appearing with the exploded diagram on the left and part numbers on the right?

 

Check that you don't have a popup blocker or something on your browser if so.

Success, it was just the popup blocker.

 

Simple fault......simple mechanic and all that.

 

I signed up here for help with my car, I had no idea I would be getting help with my computer too

When you get to the expoded diagram page, double click on the part to the right and it goes pink. The part should then be in your basket. You can then go to 'order parts' and click on the basket or euro icon to see how much the parts are...
