Seen this and i thought it looks sound

But for 5K and wiggle room on the price, looks to be an OK motor, obviously look for the usual signs of tin worm

what do you peeps think?

Looks alright, only thing I can spot is the back is higher than the front. Some one might have put lowering springs on but not touched the beam.

Looks very nice. I'd just be concerned about hidden rust with it being a later model.

Wants red carpets in too!! ;)

That is mint car money, for me it would have to be completely free of rust and dints, tickover and run perfect and have new brakes and all fluids, tidy interior and loads of history.

If it hasn't it's just another seller having a go at making big money, it really needs to be something special for that price

Ride height at the rear as mentioned, front valance looks somehow distorted, front spot lights tatty, driver side quarter to sill seam looks to have some grot in it on one picture, wheels refurbed but centre caps don't match.

Yes being VERY picky in that list, BUT for £5k it needs to be absolutely 100% spot on in my opinion.

I couldn't shift that L plate i had for £2500 and i would say that was in the same condition just without the receipts ( it had some)

Front bumper looks like its a repo one

Front strip looks like it's got dints in it

number plate wrong position

drivers door handle (inside) is shagged , drivers door card not fitted correct at top

the first invoice appears for suspension and headwork to have 33k on the mileage so that is well old

again no close up's of the usual rot area's !!!!!!!!

Basically what the other chaps said too

Agree with the above, given it's not 100% mint and the mileage it's worth half that.

Front bumper is also hanging down indicating somethings not right with the bumper spacers on either side and them rubber strips are missing from under the headlights so you can see the mess on the front panels, i'll put money on it they put on a 3rd party cheap bumper and discovered rusty blobs that used to be bolts and just bodged it on.

There also looks to be a light added on the centre console, may indicate a aftermarket alarm system, which may be more hindrance than help. Along with the other faults mentioned it isn't really worth £5k.

Plus, I noticed the front number plate is new, whereas the rear plate is original, or old style at least, and the n/s headlamp doesn't fit very well (to my eyes at least). I'd not be surprised if it's had a front end bump therefore.

Still, it looks a reasonable enough car and I thought it looked nice enough. Worth a look, not sure it's worth £5k, but in fairness you can't tell from pictures.
