Xu7Jp4 And Xu10J4R Valve Guide... Help Please...

HI! I have bay valve guide for XU7JP4 head... (same that XU10J4R)

inlet TRW 81-5333
outlet METELLI 01S2646_MTL

but they are different from guides in the head... I don`t understand, how set up VALVE STEM SEAL on new guides...

stem seal installs like any normal seal, but has the lower spring seat integrated into it, that's standard for XU7JP4 and XU10J4R.

stem seal has inner diameter 10mm... But narrow place on the new guide has a diameter of 9mm. (new stem seal install on OEM guide in the head well).

New guide flies in the Stem seal...

Had a mare with this on my old engine, as said prob j4rs guides which use smaller seals without the lower collar in your picture.

Apparently, for my new guides need stem seal from TU5jP4....

I'll write about it here when I find out ...

On my new valve guiges install stem seal from TU5jP4 or XU10J4R/RS...
