Don't suppose you have an rx8 pressure plate knocking about? Not too fussed on condition as it's on for testing, or even one you could measure the dowel/ bolt position

If I get 5 tomorrow I'll have a look what we've got. I know we've got a few paddle friction plates knocking about off rx8 lumps but can't recall any pressure plates. We've an exeedy (sp) clutch for the FD 13b motor, I'm sure the rx8 flywheel was very similar though so that may help?

We may have other bits that are of interest to you too

I'm sure the 13b shares the same spline count as the rx8? So if it bolts to the audi fly then all is good

I'm fairly sure you're right about the splines, I think the rx8 flywheel sits further away rim the engine from memory though.

Looking at them paddle clutches they may well fit in between the audi pressure plate as the centre is much smaller than the exedra one I've got here

They're not much use to us so Martin may well sell them. The paddles will be fairly harsh being 4 paddle and un-sprung!

 

The rx8 forums are pretty s*it, they're too modern still to have many knowledgeable people on, they're just a cheap quick car.

I'd rather go with using the whole rx8 setup but if that fails then paddle it may have to be

Pete, if you need a standard pressure plate you can have one along with a paddle clutch plate if you give a £20 donation to the forum. Didn't realise we'd still got any Al. I know we weighed a load of that sort of stuff in recently. Cheers Martin

I'll have a friction plate for sure as that will deffo fit the audi setup
