Car Shaking On Cold Startup?

Recently had a service which included plugs, HT leads, oil & filter.

 

Since that, the car has been shaking alot when cold tsrting. This settles down once the idle levels out, usually after 20 seconds or so.

 

Any ideas?Poorly seated spark plug perhaps?
