Recommended Posts

Stu

Hi all,

After modding my loom for the '6 conversion i was left with a single small red wire in the car side of the small brown plug, anybody know what it does? The number is illegible sadly...

Im secretly hoping its the feed for the K light... :)

Sounds about right - the pin out of the underdash 6 pin plug on late '88 ish onwards cars is as follows:

1. N/C

2. Fuel pump (white #76)

3. Earth (green/yellow)

4. Tacho (grey #112)

5. K-light (red)

6. Ignition (red #2) or starter (blue #46) depending on age.
