Electric To Windy Windows

Hi,

 

Got a car with electric windows and another with windy windows. Want to swap the electric one to windy, not had chance to look but hoping its a straight forward swap?

 

Hence my post

 

Anyone swapped and able to advise.

Ive done the opposite which was a complete pain in the arse of a job getting all the wiring in but going from leccy to manual you could just leave all the wiring in place and winders are just bolt in easy peasy job then you could sell me your leccy winder blanking plates or swap me for two winder handles

I have a shell I am about to scrap with windy windows, so have everything to sort.

 

Also need to fix the passenger door that wont lock

 

Think I have another set of doorcard hole covers too

Ahh your good to go then, just remove door cards wind down windows half way till you can see the bottom runner/s and remove the three bolts and then have a game of twister getting the mechanisms out while holding the glass up then swap over.

The leccy windows on the car not working might cause issues getting them halfway down
