Front Fog Light Switch Location

When I got my gti the front fog lights were not connected it never really bothered me until I thought I might wire them up and realised there is no switch to turn them on I would have thought it would be under the heater controls but there is only hazards rear fog and heated screen where should this switch be

Spot lamps, no switch.

They are spot lamps - they come on with the full beam.
