Cti Electric Roof Thermal Cut Out Switch - Retrofit

After nearly burning out the wires to the motor for the electric roof, I've decided to fit a Thermal electric cut out switch as per the standard set up.

There's plenty on ebay or from places like Maplins, but Does anyone one know the temperature range I need for it?
