Front Fog Light Switch - Rare?

I have a mint front fog light switch going spare - it looks like it's a rare thing. Some ebay ads say "ultra rare" .... um... really - ultra, that's like going to 11?

 

So now everyone is going to talk this down - but honestly were they only available on the continent or was this a UK option too?

 

Anybody know just how rare these are - if it's "ultra" I might consider trading it for some new rubber mudflaps

Typically 205's had nothing, or Spot/driving lamps, or at least in the UK anyway so yeah it is quite rare, afaik there was a dealer fit Fog lamp kit for base models, possibly the option for fogs instead of spots.

Have 3 new ones bought from Belgium and Austria.

 

Nothing UK and they are NLA.

it is not even a standard nor option in Hong Kong at all. i have ordered one from dealer over 10 years ago and had my driving lamp rewired to suit.

 

oh yes, it is very very rare.
