Specifically, i dont know, though i havent seen an a-c car without pas, so it can't be purely all the ltd edition cars that had pas as standard fit.

I believe it was a cost option around the time when the 1.9 came out.

There wasn't any special edition of 205 available in Hong Kong at all. Air-conditioning was standard for all 205, but not PAS. PAS was bundled with Automatic gearbox only.
