It's a shame they are so expensive from the dealers, I managed to get some of the male terminals for the brown multiplugs etc (equiv. to 6542.59) from RS or Farnell or somewhere but I couldn't find the female ones anywhere else.

Was going to buy some myself, but they all seem sold not stocked and quite large quantities as well

Yeah they tend me be an order in job and in bags of 10 + 20's as per normal pug. As I use quite a few it does not bother me, but if you only need 2 and you have to buy 20 it is a bit s*it :(

Try Vehicle Wiring Products?

They have blades with latches, 6.3mm which have been the closest I have found to equivalents, which I used for aftermarket central locking motors to connect to existing looms.

You can get them in 6.3mm from loads of places but the ones peugeot used are 4.75/4.8mm IIRC and not widely available at all. I found some that were very similar to the female ones but they were a bit to short, the peugeot ones are particularly long overall.

Thank you for all your help . I have found something close in CPC which are £15 for 100 which isn't the end of the world but they still don't have the shoulder on them. I wouldn't mind buying a 1000 if I had to and they were right. My mate owns a Peugeot Dealership and even his parts lad said not a chance of getting them not even with a new plug!

For the connector that goes on to the expansion bottle top, but I was going to replace a load of them because there are a few that are a bit funky !
