A Pillar Replacement, Roof And Scuttle Join

Hi All,

 

Slowly removing paint from my shell and finding out what needs doing to it. So far it's clear that the OS has been repaired before, with new wing, sill and rear quarter panels (black primer underneath). Looking at the base of the A pillar it also has black primer and has rusted at the scuttle join.

 

The top of the A pillar join to the roof looks like its been braised. Is this how they were done in the factory?

 

I'm assuming I'll have to fabricate the repair sections for the base of the A pillar - would Peugeot ever have supplied this sort of part as a repair panel?
