Machining Drums?

Is it possible to machine/lathe a brake drum, that doesn't have a wheel locating flange(?) so it does have one?

here's a pic of the drum in question (and no I didn't paint it!!)

 

If it is possible, any idea how much it would cost to do?

Get the studs out and bring it down to darley johnny, I'll happily take a look

You could get a real man to do it with the studs in :P
