Back Once Again!

Forgive me 205Gtidrivers, it's been 5 years since my last confession...

 

Thought I'd kick off by saying ello, last time I was on here I was considering jacking in my 205, baby on the way, s*it job, blahdy blah blah, she's now in school, decent job and the pug's still with me, it took all if about 10 seconds to figure out I was never going to part with it, and I'm glad I didn't, I'm 38 and owned it since I was 21, been on Men&Motors, in Performance GTI (is that even still going?) and Christ knows how much spent on her over the years I've owned her, not to mention my brother before me, this year is the year she goes back in the road!

 

Still many questions to answer about the project, have I enough beer to last me, does the pizza shop believe on a Saturday lunch time and should I go for a VTS lump if I'm making it a daily driver, but most importantly have I put this post in the right section!

 

Any how, ello, nice to be back and I'll keep you all updated on the progress, it's an '89 1.9 ltd eddition Miami Blue GTI by the way, was running twin 45's fitted by the legendary LAD Motorsport so obviously it had several hundered horsepower! Carbs are long ebayed hence the VTS V's 1.9 injection quandary!
