Workshop / Storage To Let East Sussex Area

Im currently renting a nice little workshop/garage in the east sussex area,

The person i was sharing it with has finished his project and has a baby on the way so is moving out at the end of the month, so im looking for someone else to move in.

I know how hard it is to find workshop space these days as i had been looking for a while,

 

I dont want to advertise to any old joe blog neither will i be stating the direct location as of yet for the obvious reasons of my items and car being in there.

 

Its a great little place and is situated off the road down a small lane that has only four houses around it, and a big lake behind it so security isnt an issue.

 

its basically a double garage that can fit two cars in and be worked on comfortably with a workshop next door about the same size, with benches and vices. and plenty of room to store car parts.

 

Im offering one half of the double garage (witch has its own door with own key) and half the workshop space for what ever is needed, either just storage or to be used as i do, restoring my car,

 

the owner of the garage is a lady, shes happy for cars to be worked on as long as nothing is left outside and a business is not run from it.
