Not really what im after as I dont what rose jointed and you cannot change ball joint on standard wishbones so after a standard wishbone that people would recommend.

From my experience , brand wise , Lemforder ones seemed to last longest from the lot which i've tried (bar the OE which where obviously best no doubt but s*** load expensive ! and Lemforder also tried TRW , Sasic , Delphi , Swag ).. balljoints where the most lasting on Lemforder bones , bushes i always fitted OE ones so dunno about them .

I bought a set 2 weeks ago from GSF with genuine inner bushes fitted.

Worth a go, worst case you refuse them or buy a new bush kit from pug as the cheap bushes tend to last around 7k.

Would be interested to hear feedback on the febi items if anyone has used them. What make are genuine bushes?

Iv always found first line to be a cheap budget make. The quality of the rubber is very poor.

Gsf supplied a febi unit 7 years ago for my 205, only replaced the bushes last year.

So gsf are worth going for. All I want is for the ball joints to stay stiff!

You must spec the type at GSF or you normally end up with some unbranded or even Vtech stuff

Have always found febi stuff good, but that was audi/vw stuff though.

What about FAI?

It's OEM fitment for anything VAG. I had a febi set of top mounts turn up today and the rubber looks good quality. I'm sure all of there replacement parts are of similar quality.

FAI are meant to be good as well and have used in the past with no problems.
