Wiring Up Stdt Cluster To Gld (Pov-Spec) 205

Bought a STDT loom, cluster and cowling so I can get a rev counter fitted to the 205 as it's running a 1.9DT engine it would be very helpful!

Don't really know what to do though, do I need to pull the dash out, remove the loom behind there at the moment and put in the STDT loom? Not really sure where to start.

 

The main differences are the last four plugs on the STDT loom that plug into the cluster. Still don't see how thats going to help with getting the rev counter actually working though, what else will I need? A tacho cable? Which goes from the fly wheel too...?

I've been meaning to do a bit of research myself on this!

I was going to use a gti loom to the clocks and use the Rev loom too.
