Transport From N.ireland To Nw England Or Scotland

Recommended Posts

Any idea how I could get a set of 205 seats across from Northern Ireland to NW England (or Scotland)? Tried a transport company but I think they were quoting on the same basis as moving a whole car!

Cheers

Have you tried Paisley Freight? Not sure how they stack up for NI deliveries but certainly over here they do some very competitive "menu" pricing for larger car bits.

Cheers Tom. Just tried them - better than the quote I had before, thanks. Though still quite high and not sure if the guy would package them up.

I'd try national pallet. They brought me an engine/box/exhaust from England to Scotland for £70 ish

And it was all there when it arrived!

You have options with pallet sizes/weights etc.

Being stuck in N.I and seeing so many things for sale on mainland UK, I feel your pain.

I've a wedding to go to at Gretna (not my own!) on new years eve. Our schedule is pretty tight but if you can ensure a swift pick up at Gretna, or on route then I'd be happy to gather them up and bring them over. Is it just two front seats or front and rears? There's four of us in an estate mondeo but could get two front seats safely in among the luggage. Where in N.I are they?

PM me with any details if it suits.

For small items My Hermes is good for you guys in NI.

As for the bigger ones I use Parcel Force.

Citylink are a bunch of morons.

Thanks all for the suggestions. Part of the challenge is they're not wrapped.

Davy that's really good of you to offer - not sure if it would all work out, but will PM you!
