i have the same charger and i can rate it well. We use it to keep our leisure battery topped up that runs out extractor fan for the sandblasting cabinet. If you have one use your trade card should get abit off in store.

I got a CTEK one a year ago. Think it's a MXS 3.6. Managed to recover a couple of old batteries that weren't holding charge, and then used it to keep my Volvo battery conditioned when it was kept in my garage for 6 months.

I've got 2x cteks, both trickle with one permantly on the honda and one on the 205.

They are awesome and like above have saved and revived my Vespa battery to the point of doubling it's life. Battery £80 charger £40! Waterproof (ip65) comes with fly lead, can plug into cigar lighter, very small.

Thanks all.

I ended up getting the Halfords one, the Trade card knocked about £8 off.

The trade card did well on the torque wrenches I bought at the same time though - £35 off of each one!

Which wrench was it? I bought a 60-200nm one yesterday and it went from £74.99 to £59.99

I got the Halfords pro 8-60nm one and that went from £74.99 down to £39.99 and the 60-300 and that was £84.99 down to £47.99

The guy did mention the discount wasn't as good anymore but when I got to the till I was pleasantly surprised. He must have been talking about the one you have
