How Much Power In Press Bench ?

Hi there..

Planning to build a press bench , and need some info if anyone can help..

Basically , I need to know how much POWER is needed normally to rescue a bushing , or control arm for example from a 205 for example , or any other car..

I must know this in order to plan the construction of steel .

I would just buy a complete unit unless you have all the components lying about for free.

All parts are here , just the H type steel beam. It doesn't cost much (around 30 pound for 6 meters)

A whole unit here costs around 300.

On the unit that I have , marked "4 tons maximum".
