Weser 30 Posted November 27, 2013 So there are 2 types of bumper bolts on the rear the long side ones and the short ones. Can the long ones be used in the positions of the short ones with out modification? Or will I need to run a die down them to increase the thread. Just asking because I can't seem to find the small ones anywhere but the long ones are available.
farmer 328 1 Cars Posted November 27, 2013 Small ones still come in the bumper kits
Weser 30 Posted November 28, 2013 Yer I did see that on ebay do peugeot still do the bumper fixing kits and does anyone have a part number? Annoyingly they don't have the side fixings in the kit as I also need the metal spacer that goes in the rubber buffer.
Weser 30 Posted November 28, 2013 Scrap that I think I have found the part number for the fixing kit - 699453 can anyone confirm thats correct, what it includes (is it the same as on ebay) and does anyone have a peugeot price for it?
farmer 328 1 Cars Posted November 28, 2013 That sounds right. £26.02 comes to mind for them. Need two mind to do both bumpers.
Weser 30 Posted November 28, 2013 Ok great thanks farmer! Only doing the rear bumper so one should be ok. Thanks!
farmer 328 1 Cars Posted November 28, 2013 If you replace the rubber buffers they come in packs of 5 I think.
Weser 30 Posted November 28, 2013 Got the rubber buffers so thats ok. Need the spaces that sit inside the buffers and the screw that is in the middle of the bumper. Each of those come in a pack of 5 so just ordered the whole pack and will give excess to people on here if I have left overs.
farmer 328 1 Cars Posted November 28, 2013 (edited) I have them spare I think but not to worry. The screws washer isn't big enough if I remember correctly either. Edited November 28, 2013 by farmer

farmer 328 1 Cars Posted November 28, 2013 It's not an issue. Andy when you rebuild the rear bumper there is two NLA plain washers you need I can fire a couple down if you want them?
Weser 30 Posted November 28, 2013 Yer that would be great. I was just going to use some washer I have but if you have the correct ones that would be handy!
