Legend, thanks!

I presume the inserts are the black grommets are they?

Yes mate.

I may need some for my 405 if you buy some and have some left over ;)

I bought 10 of the grommets from LCS Louth on Ebay last night for £4.24 posted as the others on the car are fine.

I need the clips as I broke them all yesterday getting the trims off, bugger!

Thread revival.

Does anyone know if these are still available or an alternative fits?

Broke some over the weekend :-(

Ask a pug dealer, I got a bag a few years ago and they had changed a little, no longer utilised the plastic grommet.

I know I do have the remains of that bag somewhere, unfortunately I have no idea where that somewhere is right now!

Will I need these clips, when I replace door moulding on 205GTI ?

(I've never actually taken a moulding off, so don't yet know how they are attached to door - I think there is an 'upper' and 'lower' set of rivets sticking out of door but I'm unclear on what they do - can anybody explain, plse?)

Are you just doing the door or the whole trim?

Actually, putting on a 'new' (better condition) door but planning on moving across the existing fittings, such as the black plastic external moulding.

6994 44 is the trim fitting kit from Peugeot, but that does the whole side of the car.

Am I likely to need new 'bits', e.g. because of rusting away or whatever?

(sorry, in my current state of ignorance, I don't even know what material the clips are made from !)

You'd be better off with some new parts in my opinion.

I've come across a parts list & parts illustration for door trim but don't know how to attach it to this post - any ideas which button enables the attachment/appearance of a foto ?

For the door trim only

You need metal clips for the bottom rivets

Then black/white clips that slide on the top rivets that the red insert attaches to

Just been into Peugeot dealer, who advises following items 'no longer supplied' and no stock around other dealers:

6994 Q3

6992 33

6994 44

That's not good - any ideas for sourcing, please?

Well 6994 44 was sold two weeks ago.

From memory, I think the first two numbers are the same but the Q3 being the superseding part.

Not near servicebox to clarify that

The first one is NFP, with stock abroad, just bought some.

Think you right about first two numbers - as to 6994 44 , can you point me to source of supply, price etc, please?

(what is 'NFP', btw ?!)
