Theyll work, as in itll run, will it make a power curve than standard? Debatable!

Looks like an 8valve tu setup, which works far better twice as long as the angles are far shallower.

really nice bodies - the klein bits - very well made.. But the manifold reminds me of sarty's old home brew one, no slight on that though, as it was totally home made and a good effort. He saw 40 more bhp when he switched to a nicely curved, proper length, well sealed manifold.

Klein bodies are cheap to pick up from ebay, they are from a gsxr IIC.

I think colin satchel may make proper manifolds for those.

Where do the injectors go

In the standard tu position, or in the bodies.

Keihin ;)

I believe rich used the same bodies, just changed the inlet, off a triumph so a little larger than most gsxr units.

So you bolt the flange of the manifold to the cylinder head - there is then a load of weight hanging off it in the form of the throttle bodies and trumpets. Will they not just fall off over time as the silicone hose/hose clip set up is not just ugly, but not structurally strong either!?!?!

Looks like a total lash-up. Why not just use duct tape and be done with it?

He's charging £550 for this! I nearly spat my morning tea at my screen when I first red it.

He's gone on to say why spend £1000 on jenveys and £600 with sandy when you can buy his setups!

Can anyone confirm the price of sandys and colins tu throttle bodies?

circa £600 IIRC.

For a DCOE setup using a Satchell engineering arrangement and some jenveys, £700.

got knows where he gets the £1000 for the jenvey setup, they are indeed near that if you pay full retail and buy a filter, backplate, fuel rail, fuel pressure reg, all parts that he does not even include himself.

So there bike body setup is around £600? If that's correct why would you even bother with some thing like that!

I know nothing about this stuff but that does look very like the "robot" my 3 year old made at nursery on Monday. I told him it was brilliant.
