Ferrari F40...172 Miles On The Clock!

Now that's low mileage.

 

but cars like that really need to be driven, alot...

its what they were made for. Why spend that much on a car and not drive it.

it makes me sad inside :P

I was at the last Goodwood breakfast club, fortunately it was a good turn out to the point that

It's not often you can go wow, there's an F40, and another oh........yes that's another and over there there is one in black!

As above, I agree. There's a Chris Harris video comparing an F40 and F50 where the car in question gets driven fairly aggressively - worth turning the volume up for that one.

 

Haven't seen one in the flesh myself, I'll have to make do with the model on my windowsill for now unfortunately!

(I too have 1/18 model that I've had for 20+ years)

I don't see what all the fuss is about, the guy bought it for his collection, just as an art collector would by a Picasso (the artist not the French family car) for probably much more than an F40. If I struck gold, perhaps I'd do something similar, imagine walking past an F40 in your house, on the way to have a dump! :ph34r:
