Morette Headlight/sidelight Bulb Holder

Hi folks im having trouble sourcing a bulb holder for my morrette headlights j/w if theres anyone out there who knows of were to source them it is for the inner nsf headlight if his makes a diffrence cheers guys

I was told ages ago that the lights are from a ford capri but don't know if its true.
