Previous Owners?

Im trying to find out a bit of histroy on my 205.

 

When I bought it 2 years ago I was led to believe it was originally built by Jonnie Milner and used as a rallycross car in the 90's. I've contacted him and he has confirmed that it was not his car. He suggested to ask Bill Skermer but he recons its not his one either.

 

I'm wondering now was it ever a rallycross car at all. I know it was raced in the saloons in the UK at one stage before being used in the Irish touring car championship. Was it owned by any current 205drivers members or does anyone know a bit of history on the car, It originally had a spaced framed front end which I replaced back to a standard front end.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think Miles would know its history, or at least part of it.

 

I believe it had links to X-sport racing at some point.

I know it was Ash Hargreaves before, He should know some of the history but as said I was told it was JM's car and used by Greg Rose at some point I think, Not sure where he is know as I know he's gone thru a few companies since X Sport.

I sent some photos to Jonny today and he confirmed it wasn't his. He never had a coilover setup in the back and said his cage was fully welded as mine has some bolted in sections. I realise these could have changed over the years but he seemed fairl sure it wasn't his.
