Lifting Eye

I will soon be removing my engine (1989 1.9 gti) and it has no lifting eyes fitted, does anyone know where I can buy these from?

Picture is not clear enough to see, so I can't comment if they are there or not.

 

But if it helps, I have at least one side in my tool box.

Yes basically either end of the head, there should be a single M8 tapped hole that the lifting eyes bolt into, roughly along a horizontal line across the centre of the inlet ports, either side ports 1 and 4. I can see them on your picture but haven't got the know how to point them out.

as suggest in the wanted items, I used both manifolds to lift the engine out.
