Ebay Help Please

gents

 

i ordered these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330368068729?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2648

and tried fitting them tonight, to find that the front disks sit so far back the actually rub on the hub

 

his advert states they will fit all 1.9gtis

 

any advice please as he is basically playing dumb telling me he has sent exactly what's there and that they should fit

check the height of your discs, the ad states 34mm, if yours are tall they sound like 1.6 items which are 44mm.

sounds about right, the back of the disk is tight against the front of the hub, i'm not at the garage atm but the bloke is a complete tosser

now he is trying to charge a restock charge!

Do they look like the ones in the picture? Almost flat? I have 1.6 brakes and they are a lot more proud than that.

no he has sent me 1.6 disks, do you know if the rears are the same as 1.9

They're not the same. 1.6 has drums.

As above but as far as im aware all rear disks are the same on cars that have them.
