Don't need to grind.it; you can pull it out....

True wicked, but it was in seriously tight and wouldn't budge on mine, all depends what condition the turbo is in really,

 

And a grinder answers all problems! Haha

Yeah that was where i originally got the idea from :). Wish i could afford a turbo like that! I want something of a similair size!

That's way too small for a 3.0 (petrol?) engine... Diesels don't rev as much as petrol engines and therefore need far less air flow (= smaller turbo).

If you make a twin turbo, it might work...

 

Be aware that some diesel turbo's (VNT's) cannot cope (long) with the higher exhaust temperature of a petrol engine.

What are vnt turbos?

Running two gt3076R with billet wheels on a 3.3 flat 6 :) but not in a 205 lol.

 

Interested to see pics and progress :)
