Can Anyone Identify These?

HELP!! I had these in a box of 205 spares and are clearly brand new but don't know what they are or even if they are off a 205!

They look like the support struts for the front bumper/wing - long since NFP as far as I know, and on most cars are pretty rotten.

front bumper supports as above. your's look like the ones I have fitted to my car (with modification) as they are from a base model iirc. George (goliath) has a few sets of GTI and base models ones iirc.

The bumper bars were discontinued ages ago, I had some reproduced in stainless steel - http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?showtopic=141361&p=1363997

 

Yours look a little bit different to others I have seen though, especially the first photo, the ones I had made were a direct copy of some original parts.

As Anthony says looks like bumper struts, if you are looking to get rid I'd be interested.

Hmm I'm actually looking for a set of gti ones, didn't realise there was a difference. Thanks anyway

Brilliant cheers guys, the 2 pairs are actually different if you look closely, are one pair gti and the other pair base? or is it simply upper and lower?

Your bottom photo is a pair of GTI bars and I assume the top photo is base model bars.
