was heading towards west wales, just past swansea near pont abraham services. I passed him where it goes down to two lanes from 3

 

im 99% sure it was black, definitely a 1.9, J Reg maybe? completely forgotten reg - should have made a note.

 

the chap had grey hair, short, looked like an older chap, but i was paying attention to the road in front as well so only got a glance, so excuse any insult as to the age of the drive hah
