Will Phase 2 Seats Fit A Phase 1?

Hi, I want to put some phase two seats into my phase 1 as my phase 1 seats are really tatty. I can find plenty of posts on here about swapping the dash and door cards from a 2 to a 1 but nothing dead certain on whether the seats will fit.

 

Has anyone put phase 2 seats into a phase 1?
