309 Mi16 Timing Belt Change

basically need to change timing belt waterpump etc looking for advice on easiest simplest way to gain acces to it or does the whole engine have to come out

Easy enough job. Although getting the top cover out of the way can be a pain.

If you remove the alternator and bracket from the front of the block access is then a lot better.
