Anyone Got A Pic Of The Bonnet Release cable Clamp? Can't find mine and forgot what it looks like its been so long since i removed it I "think" its 6482 04 on service box, 65p would probably have to buy 50 as usual lol

It is just a simple "P" clip I think.

I thought so too i can see where it was clamped on but ill be buggered if i can find it in the pot of nuts n bolts that came off the car as i was taking the engine out must've had a bodged clamp holding it on and didnt notice

Its half a pretty thick P-clip if you mean the one that holds the outer cable.

Yes the one that clips it to the slam panel ive got nothing here that looks like it will work :/

My cable is held by something behind the nearside headlight is that how it should be, is that where its supposed to be clamped? I just assumed it would need to be clamped next to the bonnet catch

It's already connected I didn't realise it was fixed behind the n/s headlight I could have sworn it was clamped to the slam panel somehow next to the bonnet catch.

Yeah some of the images are a little unusual in dimensions etc but i swear to god it had some type of metal clip that gripped the cable and pushed into a square hole. As for the p clip i just assumed it was where it came out of the inner wing that was holding it.
