Engine/ Pallet Courier

Hello there,

 

I have had some interest in my Mi16 engine, but need to see about geting it sent via a courier. Can anyone recommend a good/ cheap courier? As the internet is filled with various companies, but would prefer to have a recommendation from on here

 

Also, if anyone has the rough dimensions of a bare engine, that woudl be useful, I looked up the weight on the forum and came out with 133kg, which sounds about right

I've always used palletline for engines & pallets and their service has always been exceptional. They've always been the cheapest I've found as well, though admittedly I haven't done a huge amount of price-checking on the times I've bought or sold engines or other palletised goods, but to be honest I'd happily pay the £10 or so more that PL may charge and know I'm leaving the engine in safe hands.

I have used Pallet Force when i have to move mine; bang on every time, and a decent price i think for the service they delivered.

 

The driver phoned ahead to let us know he was stuck in an accident at the newport tunnels, made sure we were okay and not to worry.

 

Think they do an online quote thing too

Pallet Force. It helps that they are a rally-friendly company so understand shipping of engines/gearboxes etc more than some of the other providers
