found some online , 2 for £75

Thanks all. Not worried about road noise. Just want decent tyre for far price. At moment this little thing wheel spins in 1st/ 2nd and I really don't want to go through tyres too fast.

 

and where did you find 2 for £75?

Once again, I'll agree with WP, there is not much better for a GTI than the Michelins

another against toyo's they wear far to quickly and never felt right on the front of my 205. michelins all the way.

I quite liked my Toyo Proxis 4's. They were much better than Eagle F1s for wear, though the wet grip was not quite as good. I have 2 Exaltos and they seem fine, though I believe Pilot Sport 3's are replacing them, so any Exaltos are old stock. That is what I was told by my friend in the service department of a main dealership who rung round suppliers looking for Exaltos for me
