What's the best ways to seal the dipstick into the block guys..?

D'you mean the dipstick into the tube, or the tube into the block?

If you mean the dipstick, then it shouldn't need much "sealing" - just the rubbery cap that bungs into the tube. If it's being blown out, then you've got too much crankcase pressure. Probably start with cleaning the crankcase breather (wherever it might be on the TU - in the rocker cover? CBA to go and lift the bonnet and look...) If that doesn't help, then the rings are probably knackered, and allowing too much blow-by.

If there's too much pressure, it's going to come out somewhere, no matter what you do. The dipstick's the best place.

in my opinion RTV looks a bit tacky, I will be using a small amount of well seal when decided on a final place for it

RTv is a silicon sealant. It will do the job. Personally it looks a bit messy. Have a look at some stag well seal if you can. less messy and a good strength too.
