Spring Diameters

Are all peugeot springs the same diameter, I need to replace the spring retainer cup and I have found a tu 205 in the breakers. I don't want to take it apart and it's not the same diameter.

Yes that will be fine - as far as I'm aware, the suspension top mount assemblies are identical between TU, XU and XUD 205's.

yes, any 205 one will do, I stuck some from a 1.0- on a gti just last week, using a 306 damper and a zx spring.
